Fees & Limits

All applicable fees and limits relating to the Service are published below.

Description	Amount
P2P transaction fee	0.5% of the deal size that is charged from Seller's account. The service is commission-free for Buyers.
Refundable fee	3% of the deal size. Charged from a Buyer's account. It returns to the Buyer at the end of the deal in case it is completed by the Buyer during 24 hours since the moment of crypto transfer. It does not return if the mentioned deadline violated.
Maximum deal size for Seller	90% of the Incoming quarterly limit amount.
Maximum deal size for Buyer	Defined by the amount of available funds on the account.
Penalty for failing to deliver crypto	0.5% of the deal size that is charged from Seller's account.
Investigation fee	50 USD (optional). May be charged by the Dukascopy Bank from the Buyer's account, the Seller's account or both depending on the outcome of the investigation.
